Know before you go
All participants over 18 must complete and sign a Liability Waiver before going on the tour. Participants under 18 must have a Liability Waiver signed on their behalf by an adult member of the party. As the tour purchasing party, you will be sent an email with links to the waiver to distribute to all members of your party. To facilitate and minimize time to check-in for your tour, we strongly encourage waivers be completed in advance of your tour date.
Cancellation policy
Please note that purchased tours are non-refundable. However, in the event you would like to reschedule your tour, our staff would be happy to assist you with your request.
